Deeply connected to the local community, Wendy actively supports a number of sporting clubs, events, and organisations across the region, including the BMA CQ Rescue helicopter and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms Mackay. Away from the office, Wendy cherishes time with her three grown children and four grandchildren, proudly embracing her role as “Granny.” A devoted AFL fan, she never misses a chance to cheer on her beloved Essendon Bombers and enjoys the occasional camping trip to unwind.
