Sonya Lester

Seeking a new challenge following a 20 year career in childcare and education, Sonya transitioned into property management in 2012 as a Property Manager’s Assistant, stepping into a Property Manager in 2014, where she has built a strong and successful career.

Sonya is known for being outgoing, empathetic, and dedicated. She has a strong work ethic, values honesty, and takes pride in caring for her clients’ investment properties as if they were her own. Some of her clients have been with her throughout her entire property management journey, and she has formed close, long-lasting relationships. For Sonya, the best part of her role is seeing her hard work translate into success—for both her clients and herself. She also embraces challenges and believes that in this industry, you truly learn something new every day.

Outside of work, Sonya is a very proud mum. Her son is about to graduate from medical school in the Defence Force and begin his medic career based in Townsville. Sonya loves spending time outdoors with her partner and daughter, exploring new fishing and camping spots together.
