Pania Burns

Pania began her Real Estate career in Sarina in 2012, gaining experience across a variety of roles including Property Manager, Administrator, and Receptionist. Each position has given her a deep understanding of the industry and a strong ability to support clients through every stage of their property journey. Before Real Estate, Pania was a full-time mum to four children, which she credits as the ultimate training ground for multitasking, problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure.

What Pania loves most about her work is the people. She enjoys connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and making the process of owning or managing property as smooth and stress-free as possible. Known for her down-to-earth approach, clear communication, and genuine care, Pania ensures every client feels valued and looked after.

Outside the office, Pania’s life is full and happy. You’ll often find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen, camping with her husband Chris and their dog Manu, or spending quality time with their adult children and grandson.
