Melissa Fenech

Born and raised in Mackay, Melissa began her career in real estate in 2025 and has quickly developed a passion for the industry. Before transitioning into real estate, Melissa worked with Mackay Hospital and Health Service as a Hospital Liaison Officer, where she loved the privilege of serving and supporting her local community.

Melissa's background in the Health industry has given her strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, which are all essential skills she has brought to our Property Management team. She is passionate about working closely with people, building positive relationships, and providing exceptional service.

Melissa is eager to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges and she believes every experience is an opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.  She is dedicated to using life experiences to deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Outside of work, you'll find Melissa spending quality time with her family and making the most of everything the Mackay community has to offer.
