Jess began her career in real estate in 2019, starting on reception before moving into her current role as Assistant Property Manager. With a bright and bubbly personality, Jess brings warmth and approachability to every client interaction, ensuring that landlords and tenants alike feel supported and valued.

Before real estate, Jess balanced her studies with part-time work at Coles, building strong customer service skills that now shine through in her professional role. She loves that no two days in real estate are ever the same, keeping her motivated and continuously learning.

Clients appreciate Jess for her friendly nature, reliability, and genuine care. She takes pride in making each experience positive, whether assisting with property management needs or providing guidance through the day-to-day processes.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending quality time with her young son, Brax. Together, they’re always off on new adventures, creating memories and enjoying the simple things in life.
